The Glaive will be some type of pole with a blade attached to one end that will be used to do all your damage to the monster. The weapon itself consists of two parts, the Glaive and the Kinsect. It deals with knowing the monsters, your positioning, and your weapon simultaneously.
The Insect Glaive is not an easy weapon for beginners.
